Apricot Short Sleeve Deer Print Loose T-Shirt

This shirt was slightly different than what I expected. However the appearance of this product and the description of it given by Sheinside was accurate. 

The material of the shirt is an extremely soft, well made polyester blend in a cream color. The listing says apricot but it looks more creamy to me :P It's amazingly comfortable and feels very nice against the skin. It's a little thin but not really transparent. It is transparent enough that nude undergarments are necessary but you do not need to wear another top below this shirt. This shirt's material also makes bra cups stick out.

The print of the deer on the front and on the sleeves is vibrantly colored. However the deer on both of these parts of the shirt appeared to be a little blurry around the edges to me, possibly from when the distributors of the clothing had to convert the print from the original image to the fabric. It's not really detracting to the shirt however. This issue is mostly not noticeable.

I have to admit I didn't like the print at first but it's growing on me. The deer are just too cute!

This top is appropriate for casual wear and looks amazing for spring and summer looks. With the right sweater it could even look amazing for fall!

My measurements are 36" 26" 36" and this top came in one size only. However it fit my measurements and it is very comfortable. It's easy to move in and it's comfortable around my arms. Both of the sleeves reach the middle of my upper arm.

 The collar of this shirt touches the top of my collar bone and I would say it's borderlining a crew neck cut. However it's not suffocating and it doesn't make the breasts look strange since the shirt gets larger the farther down it reaches. The bottom of this shirt reached a little past my hip bones.

The cut of this shirt makes it look a bit  box shaped so be careful if you don't like that kind of fit on yourself. It's not a bodycon type of shirt. In fact I would say it's rather modest.

It looks very nice with shorts! With pants..not so much in my opinion.

White Stand Collar Short Sleeve Lace Chiffon Blouse

This item is exactly as described by the Sheinside listing. Unfortunately it has now been sold out!

The material of the shirt is a thick white chiffon which appears very elegant. It is definitely the material of a more formal shirt, rather than one for casual wear, but that doesn't mean it can't be worn that way. This shirt would be very nice at a semi formal event or for a job interview. It could also work if you're feeling classy or preppy. I might even go as far as to say it could possibly work with a casual lolita coord.

 It does not look good with denim, in my opinion, because the material appears so expensive compared to it, so it's a little disorienting. I suggest anyone who owns this shirt use a pair of bottoms with a similar, smooth, elegant looking fabric.

The material is a good quality but feels a little rough, but that is normal of chiffon. It's thick and doesn't look overly delicate. The top is transparent enough to where you should wear a top underneath.

 The material makes it very difficult to wear a bra without it being utterly apparent. The straps and cups of my bra were very visable even though I was wearing a nude tank top underneath the shirt as well. It pokes through the top quite a bit and it's a little embarrassing.

 The lace is thick and it is not itchy at all. It compliments this shirt very nicely, and gives it a nice, sweet touch! It's a very high quality lace and the embroidery is beautiful.

The shirt overall is quite modest. I ordered a size XL since my bust is larger than the other sizes could manage to fit properly. The top button was located at the base of my chest and covered my breasts completely. The sleeves of the shirt reach the middle of my upper arms. The length of the shirt is decent and skirts the bottom of my hipbones.

If you couldn't tell, I though this shirt was very Moon Princess worthy.

Luckily I had a skirt that went well with this dress. I had to tuck in the shirt but the materials matched very well!

Yellow Sunflower Print Drawstring Dress

This dress is exactly as described by the listing on Sheinside.

The material of the dress is a very soft cotton material. It's really comfortable and it feels very nice against my skin! The material is not too thick and not too thin so it's perfect for the warmer seasons. However, it is rather transparent so nude or white undergarments will be necessary when wearing this dress. The print is a very nice quality and is very vibrant. I really love this dress.

My measurements are 36" 26" 36", and this dress only comes in one size so please check that you will fit into the dress by looking at their provided measurements. It fits very comfortably on me and the drawstring is very flattering at the waist. This dress should be able to fit a wide range of busts, even the larger sizes which is atypical of asian clothing. My only concern with the sizing of this dress is the length. The dress is very short and barely covers the tops of my thighs. It's a bit uncomfortably short so I will need to wear shorts, thick tights, or leggings with this dress. I am 5'5", so my height shouldn't be an issue but alas, it is in this case.

Light Blue Short Sleeve Daisy Print Pleated Dress

The dress is accurate to it's description on Sheinside's listing. It looks exactly like it's picture.

The color is a very light, almost white kind of pale blue. The white daisies and polka dots on this dress stick out despite this fact and it's very pleasing to the eye! The print is on a thin, but not cheap quality, chiffon fabric, and there is a soft, silky like underdress below this. It's very comfy and feels very smooth against the skin! The underdress meets a few inches above my mid thigh while the chiffon of the dress reaches a little past my mid thigh.

I have to say that this dress is going to be one of my new favorites! The bottom of the dress ruffles very nicely like in the picture. It is a nice quality and a welcome addition to my wardrobe. I can't wait to wear this once college starts!

The only issues I have with this dress is the sizing. My measurements are 36" 26" 36" so I ordered it in an XL size. The shoulders are a little tight and it is hard to raise my arms in this dress without fearing it will tear. The dress is also a little shorter than I expected but it is not uncomfortable. I would recommend wearing shorts with this dress.

Hello, this is part 1 of my first ever review! Today I will be reviewing 5 items from Sheinside!

Since my posts will be long and I have 5 items to review I will be separating this post into 5 different parts. This post will contain my experience with Sheinside as well as my review for their Blue Round Neck Short Sleeve Ruffle Dress. The rest of my items that I will be reviewing will be included in their own individual posts.

Shipping and Customer Service

Once I had ordered my items it took exactly 7 business days for Sheinside to process my order. It was shipped the day after processing was complete. I live in California, so it took 10 days for my package to arrive. It was very speedy!

My package arrived in a standard plastic bag that's typical for anything you purchase online. All the items were folded neatly within their own individual bags inside the larger bag. They needed ironing but this is typical since they were bunched up in a bag for over a week. I also had a ring ordered (a gift for my mom) that was packaged in a small bubble wrap envelope, which contained the ring in yet another small layer of bubble wrap inside of a small plastic jewelry bag. A few items have stray thread strings hanging around but all of them are in good condition.

When I was trying to get the 50% discount through Facebook referrals, I had some issues and was able to communicate live with online help staff. The woman who assisted me was very friendly and helpful. I am confident that if i have issues with orders in the future I will be able to contact Sheinside staff with any concerns in the future and be met with a nice, reasonable response.

The only other issue I had was with the parcel after it had been shipped. Instead of going through UPS (which is only the mail delivery service displayed on the site's footer bar) my package ended up going through the US Postal Service, which made my package arrive at my PO Box instead of my house. I was afraid the package wouldn't get delivered to me since my PO Box was not given to Sheinside but luckily my post office was able to determine that it belonged to me so there was no unnecessary stress. I acknowledge this is most likely the fault of the postal service rather than Sheinside. Phew!

Okay, on to my first item!

Blue Round Neck Short Sleeve Bow Ruffle Dress

This dress in person is a little different than the picture. The picture shows this dress to be a baby blue, or perhaps a pastel blue. In person, the blue is actually more of a darker color than either of those. It is not very far off, so it's acceptable (I later figured out that photographs make the color appear lighter in pictures than in actuality). Also, the bow is in fact a separate ribbon that you must tie yourself. The dress on it's own does not have a ruffle quality, that comes when you tie the ribbon around your waist. It also seemed to me that the collar would be lower than it is in real life. I expected a scoop neck collar but it is more similar to a crew neck collar.

The material of the dress is a lot different than I was expecting. The pictures given by Sheinside make the dress appear to be smooth, soft material. The actual material is rough and textured, and it appears to be almost like a cheap dishcloth. It's pretty thin and see-through, so be careful.  I was not expecting to like the feel of it on my skin but it is not an irritable material, in fact it is quite comfortable. This dress made me feel cool and I would highly recommend it for hot months. The material is actually very interesting to look at and makes the dress appear rather quirky-cute.

My measurements are 36" 26" 36", and even though this is a M/L size in the US it is an XL size in Asia, so I ordered the XL size. It fits really nicely and the length is not too short, it reaches the middle of my thigh, which for me is a comfortable enough length. For others, I would recommend shorts or leggings underneath this dress. I will probably wear shorts under this dress to avert prying eyes.

Overall, it's a pretty cute dress, but definitely not worth the price ($21 USD) because of the quality of material.
